Speaker: Chris Hyde

Summary: I will give an overview of the SQL Server Certification program. I'll cover the changes made to the program for SQL 2012 certifications, as well as my views on why you should become certified and the best way in which to do so. I'll even include some tips and tricks for the exams that I have found useful over the years

About Chris: Chris Hyde has been working with the Microsoft SQL Server stack for over twelve years and has completed certification exams in SQL versions 2000, 2005, and 2008. By the time of the presentation, he hopes to have added 2012 to that list! He is now employed as a Senior Consultant with Indiana-based maxIT Healthcare, which he particularly enjoys as he gets to tackle different types of SQL problems for each client. He has been previously employed at ABQ Health Partners, Thornburg Mortgage, and Presbyterian Health Services.
